Team Member Spotlight: Gabby Andrews
In our ongoing series showcasing the people who make The Guestbook special, we are proud to introduce Gabby Andrews. Gabby is a travel industry veteran, lover of wine, and seems unlikely to survive if stranded on a deserted island.
What is your title at The Guestbook?
Director of Customer Growth
What do you do at The Guestbook?
I provide unparalleled (I hope!) customer service and support to our 750+ hotel partners.
How did you get started in the hospitality industry?
I started in hospitality when I was 16 years old, lifeguarding at one of the resorts on the Las Vegas strip. After college I was accepted into the MGM Resorts International management training program in the finance division.
How did you get started at The Guestbook?
I followed my previous boss to The Guestbook. I have been here for two years now and am so happy to be part of the team!
What do you like about working at The Guestbook?
I love that we are a small company and I feel that my opinion truly matters. We are also a very progressive and innovative company and I’m proud that we are constantly introducing new product updates to ensure we deliver a leading-edge product to our hotel partners and members.
What future innovations and/or challenges do you see coming up for hotel loyalty programs?
It will be interesting to see how hotels add/adapt loyalty programs in the post-COVID travel era.
What hobbies/activities do you do outside of work?
I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, traveling, wine tasting and running around after my 5 year old twin boys.

International: Barcelona and Amsterdam. Domestic: Las Vegas and San Diego

Anything Italian or Sushi

If you were on an island and could only bring 3 things, what would you bring?
I would bring chapstick, hair conditioner and maybe matches to build a fire : )
