What is your title at The Guestbook?

Member Support Specialist

What do you do at The Guestbook?

I process rewards and assist members with any inquires they may have about the program.

How did you get started in the hospitality industry?

The hospitality industry is one of the biggest industries in Vegas, and it seemed like a ton of fun. I got my first break into the industry in my early twenties working for Caesars Entertainment.

How did you get started at The Guestbook?

I came across the job listing and thought the program sounded awesome, and the rest is history!

What do you like about working at The Guestbook?

I enjoy educating our members about the program. It’s always fun to see how excited they get about the Cash Rewards we offer.

What future innovations and/or challenges do you see coming up for hotel loyalty programs?

As studies have shown, people prefer cash back rewards over points. I predict cash rewards will become more prevalent among other hotel loyalty programs.

What hobbies/activities do you do outside of work?

I love DJing in my spare time.
